Delete your Apidae account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, with or without the app.

In the game (fastest)

Open Settings › Account & sign-in.
Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. If you signed in more than 10 minutes ago, the game asks you to sign in again first.

Without the app

Email support@apidaehive.dev with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address of your account. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Discord and can't use that address, include your player name instead; we may ask you to confirm it is your account.

We process requests within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What happens

Your hive disappears from the game immediately: from the world map, chat, search and profiles. Every device is signed out.
For 14 days you can change your mind: signing in again offers to restore your hive.
After 14 days your account is permanently erased: your hive, bees, troops, items, in-game mail, chat messages, sign-in methods and settings. Replies other players made to your messages no longer show what you wrote.
Kept: reports about chat content (including the copy of the reported messages) are kept as moderation records, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Server logs expire on their own after 7 days.

Guest hives (never linked to an account) are erased automatically after 30 days without play.
