Your player name (Settings, at the top), or write from the email address of your account.
Your device (for example "iPhone 14" or "Pixel 8").
What happened, and a screenshot if you have one.

Common questions

I can't sign in

Use the same method you used before (Apple, Google, Discord or email). With email, "Forgot password?" sends a code to reset it. Every method linked to your hive gets you into the same hive.

I want to report a player or a message

Open the player's profile (tap their name in chat) or press and hold the message, then choose Report. You can also mute or block them there.

I want to delete my account
